Kolawole is a professionally qualified Accountant with vast management experience in financial control, risk management, internal audit, investment management, and pension fund administration. His experience has spanned over three decades in small and large businesses through industries such as Oil * Gas, Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity, Management Consulting, and Pension Fund Administration. Kolawole is able to adapt quickly and capable of delivering value that transcends the hierarchy of diverse organizations. Kola’s interest in research encouraged him to take his academic career to PhD level so as to establish himself in research field. As a progressive researcher, Kola has over 20 publications in various fields both local and foreign to his credit to date. This feat attracted Precious Cornerstone University to offer him a Senior Lecturer position and also to head the Accounting department of the school. He has attended various academic conferences both far and near. Kolawole enjoys working with people hence he collaborates with other researchers in research publication. He also serves as a peer reviewer to some reputable Journals.
