Dr. Leonieses J. Kilaton is an educational scholar and licensed professional teacher who completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Management at Capitol University in 2026, following his Master of Arts in Filipino (2023), Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Administration (CAR, 2022), and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino from Tagoloan Community College (2017). His strong academic foundation is matched by an active research portfolio, with published works in local and international journals on parental support, socio-emotional learning, inclusive education, ICT integration, leadership styles, research proficiency, and contextualized Filipino literature. His studies have been featured in the Global Scientific Journal, Psychology and Education, and the European Journal of Science, Innovations and Technology, and he has presented his research in multiple national and international conferences.
