Lewis Bwalya Chilufya is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Kwame Nkrumah University, Zambia. He received a Post-doctoral fellowship in the Study of US Foreign Policy (Bard College, New York), a PhD in Social Sciences (Ethics of Interstate Armed Conflicts) from the Lateran University (Rome); MA in International Relations from the Commonwealth Open University (UK), a Licentiate degree in Ethics from the Lateran University (Rome) and a BA in Social Sciences (Theology) from the Urbaniana University (Rome). He the author of the book entitled “Interstate Armed Conflicts: A Legal and Ethical Legacy of the Twentieth Century”. He was widely published articles in international journals, and has peer-reviewed several articles for many journals. He also doubles as the Vice President of Transparency International Zambia.
