Dr. Lubna Adel is an Assistant Professor of Linguistics and Translation at the Arab Open University, Egypt. Her research interests focus on interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary studies in linguistics and translation. Besides, she is a certified trainer from Arizona State University and an affiliate of NileTESOL, Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), and EAGLS. She obtained the Fulbright Award from University of Arkansas, USA. She won a micro-grant from the Institute of International Education (IIE) and the US Embassy in Cairo to implement a teacher training programme. Finally, she is a reviewer for refereed articles at international journals in linguistics and TEFL.
