I am Dr. M. Kowsalya, currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Business at Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College, Coimbatore. I hold a Ph.D. in Commerce and a Master’s degree in International Business from Chikkanna Government Arts College, Tiruppur. I also qualified the UGC-SET in Commerce, and I bring with me over 5 years of teaching experience, 8 years of research engagement, and 1 year of industry exposure. My areas of specialization include International Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Research Methodology. I am deeply passionate about academic research and have authored and co-authored more than 25 articles published in UGC-CARE listed and peer-reviewed journals. I have also contributed to several edited volumes on emerging themes like FinTech, sustainability, and Gen Z’s role in e-commerce. I’ve had the opportunity to present papers at various national and international conferences, including prestigious platforms such as The University of Edinburgh and Christ University. I have also guided Ph.D. scholars and completed a funded project on the challenges of online teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to teaching and research, I’ve earned several certifications in tools and topics such as SPSS, Microsoft Excel, Dart Programming, and Digital Marketing. I serve as a reviewer and editorial board member for reputed journals and am an active life member of various professional academic bodies. I strongly believe in continuous learning and strive to integrate real-world insights into my teaching and research. My journey in academia is driven by curiosity, innovation, and the goal of making meaningful contributions to education and industry.
