He teaches General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Health Psychology, Positive Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Research Methodology, Emotional Intelligence, Applied Psychology, Psychology at work, Psychological Testing and Measurement. His current research and training interests include Mental Health & Wellbeing, Health Issues and Stigma, Discrimination, Academic Stress, Emotional Intelligence, Human Resource Management, Leadership & Employee empowerment, Organizational Climate, Attitude Measurement, Change and Development, Personality Development, Managerial Effectiveness, Stress management, Conflict Management, and Interpersonal Skills, etc. Under the supervision of Dr. Sethi numbers of Master Degree Dissertations and Under Graduate research Projects have been awarded. He also Supervising some PhD Researchs and some Master Degree Dissertations right now. He has published a good numbers of research papers in various reputed peer review journals.
