Marilou D. Tino is an Associate Professor and the current University Research Director of the University of Saint Anthony, Iriga City, Philippines. She is the former Luzon Cluster representative in the Philippine Council for Health Research and Development – Capacity Building Committee and a current member of the Technical Working Group of both Bicol Consortium for Health Research and Development (BCHRD) and the Bicol Consortium or Industries, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development.
She received his PhD in in Resource Management in the University of Saint Anthony, Iriga City. She teaches history, political science, and research both in the undergraduate and the graduate department. She publishes articles on social science and education and a co-authors of several research. She is a member of the Philippine Association and Institutions for Research (PAIR), Inc. and the Association of Scholarly Peer Reviewers (ASPR).
