Matthew Funsho Bello, hold BA, M.Sc. and PhD in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria and have been lecturing in the Gombe State University, Nigeria since May 2011. He teaches and supervises both undergraduate and postgraduate students and also serves as the Managing Editor of the University Journal called: Gombe Journal of Administration and Management (GJAM). He currently a Reader (Associate Professor).
