Professor Dr. Md. Safiul Islam Afrad has been working in the Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, Gazipur, Bangladesh since 2004. So far, he supervised 40 MS and PhD students. He published 89 articles in different national and international renown journals. He contributed several book chapters. Professor Afrad participated in many national and international seminar and workshops. He served at different administrative positions in various capacities. He has been serving as President of BSMRAU Employees’ Cooperative Society (BECS) as part of community responsibility since 2018.
