Dr. Noni Harianti Junaidi is a Senior Lecturer in Public Administration at Universiti Teknologi MARA with over two decades of academic and teaching experience. She earned her PhD in Public Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia and has contributed actively to academic leadership, ethics committees, and professional development initiatives.
