Nurliyana binti Maludin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Supply
Chain Management at the Faculty of Business & Finance, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR),
Malaysia. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in International Business Management from
Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2017. Prior to that, she completed her Master of Science in International
Business and her Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management at Universiti Utara
Malaysia in 2011 and 2010, respectively. At UTAR, she teaches various management-related courses,
including International Business, Small Business Management, Family Business Management,
Business Ethics, and Business and Society. Her research interests span multiple areas, including
International Business, International Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior,
Consumer Behavior, Tourism, Augmented Reality, and Supply Chain and Logistics.
