Dr. Nursyamilah Binti Annuar Dr. Nursyamilah Binti Annuar is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Perlis Branch. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), where she completed the program via the Fast Track option. She also earned her Bachelor (Hons.) in Human Resource Development from UTM. Dr. Nursyamilah is a dedicated academic with a strong focus on teaching and research in various business and management fields, particularly in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship. She has been involved in numerous courses, such as Research Methodology, Talent Recruitment and Selection, and Fundamentals of Ethics. In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Nursyamilah is an active participant in various administrative services at UiTM Perlis, having served in committees related to internship coordination, quality management, and academic auditing. She also holds the position of Secretary for Dana Wakaf Ilmu UiTM Perlis, overseeing key administrative tasks. Her research interests include self-directed learning, organizational behavior, and educational development. She has presented her research at several international conferences and has published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals. Notably, her work has explored the relationship between personal factors and self-directed learning, as well as trends in ageing population research. Dr. Nursyamilah has received multiple awards for her contributions to education and innovation, including a Bronze Award at the International Innovation Competition on Languages, Education & Societies in 2022, and multiple accolades for her work in educational frameworks and assessment methods.
