Dr. Mrs. Oluwatoyin Oyeyemi Obinyan, CLN, MNLA, is a certified librarian, information scientist, and researcher with over nine years’ experience in academic librarianship, teaching, and research. She holds a PhD in Library and Information Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Dr. Obinyan currently serves as Acting Head of the Law Library at Ambrose Alli University and is an Associate Lecturer in Library and Information Science. Her expertise includes digital librarianship, knowledge management, library automation, and information literacy. She has published widely, received international grants, and is an active member of leading professional library associations and global scholarly communities worldwide.
