Dr. ‘Lai Oparinde was born in the early 60s in Ila-Orangun, Osun State, Nigeria. He has a Ph.D in Educational Management and Planning from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State. He presently works with the Department of Educational Management, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. As a talented scholar and a cerebral intellectual, Dr Oparinde has contributed many chapters to books and has many scholarly published articles in reputable journals, both within and outside Nigeria. He is a man of impeccable character with aspiration for stainless records.
