I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Sciences at PSG College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore, with over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. My research interests include Consumer Behaviour, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and Innovation Management. I have published research articles in reputed national and international journals and actively contribute to the academic community as a reviewer for journals and conferences. My academic pursuits focus on promoting quality research, interdisciplinary learning, and student development. I serve as the Convener of PSG CAS Clubs & Forums and have coordinated numerous programmes related to innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and student engagement. I hold a Ph.D. in Management and have qualified the UGC-NET examination. I am committed to advancing research excellence and fostering meaningful academic collaborations.
