Born in Nigeria, Dr. Paul Amechi Ifeanyi is an academic, researcher, editor, novelist, and playwright with extensive experience in education and academic administration. He obtained a B.A. (Hons) in English Language and Education Management/Planning from Abia State University, Uturu, Nigeria, and subsequently earned both a Master’s degree and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Grambling State University, Louisiana, United States of America. He joined the National Open University of Nigeria in 2007 and has held several academic and administrative positions throughout his career. He also served for eight years as Senior Special Assistant on Secondary Education to the Governor of Anambra State, Nigeria, contributing to educational policy and administration. In 2022, he returned to the National Open University of Nigeria, where he assumed the position of Acting Study Centre Director.Dr. Ifeanyi is an accomplished scholar and researcher whose academic and creative interests encompass English Language, Education, Educational Management and Planning, Literature, and Creative Writing. He has authored books and published scholarly papers in reputable national and international journals, demonstrating a broad engagement with education, language, literature, and related interdisciplinary fields. His combined experience in university education, educational administration, policy support, research, editing, and literary production positions him well for academic research and peer review in English Language and Literature, Education, Educational Management, Educational Planning, Language Studies, Literature, and Creative Writing.
