Dr. Okonkwo Paul Chuks is a Lecturer in the Department of Cooperatives and Rural Development at ESUT, with extensive academic and professional experience in cooperative economics and management. He holds a PhD in Cooperative Economics from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, and an MPA from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Dr. Okonkwo has contributed to the development of rural and cooperative sectors through teaching, research, and administrative roles. With a passion for education and community development, he has published in international journals and authored a book on producer cooperatives. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Cooperative Professionals of Nigeria.
