I have worked as an Operation Manager for more than 15 years with prominent organizations and currently a Managing Director of NUT OKE BOLA MICROFINANCE BANK in Oyo state, Nigeria; and I’m always prepared to be a valuable addition to the position that cut across me, if I’m given the chance to serve in any capacity. During my working periods as an Operation Staff and Manager, I have advanced knowledge in developing scopes, keeping projects moving, submitting deliverables on time and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved in my operation. Moreover, while my position has afforded me a well-rounded skills including excellent relationship building and time management skills As a person, I have developed strong intellectual and emotional skills which had made me to become managers of people in different localities, coupled with financial intellects that have change the face of organizations I had made contact with; such as schemes/products development, formulation of policies on Marketing of products, operational/administrative activities which entails fund mobilizations and promotion of welfare through low interest credit facilities, and so on, which has made me to receive praise for the clarity of products/ schemes I have developed and marketed. I have also gained extensive experience in business management through my strong concern for people, this has connected me with Institutions/organisations in Nigeria; I have presented papers at different fora for youths and in both religion and academic settings. I have trained personnel on management of resource and self-sufficient on the job with key address to skills and entrepreneurials. More so, my experience and performance as a Managing Director of Microfinance Bank established by Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT, Oke Bola Coop.) which was not growing before under some Management had changed the bank and as at this period, there has been an outstanding performance recorded for the organization, which has also made this organization (Bank) to be awarded and recognized for its sterling contribution to the education advancement through education allied services and products which have positive impacts on teachers, traders and artisans in Oyo State (October 2023); the Most Innovative Microfinance Bank Brand 2021 by THE AFRICA MEDIA BRAND LTD; Chairman, National Association of Microfinance Banks, Ibadan Zone, Oyo state and just of recent, the 2nd Assistant General Secretary, Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN), Oyo State Branch. My work experience has also afforded me the opportunity to pursue my career to the level that I will be more productive and active in any future position I found myself, and in any case become more knowledgeable. In addition I have grown my knowledge in acquiring several professional qualifications that build system and opportunities at local, State, National and outside the shore, even participated in the exchange workshop between Ghana, Nigeria and Togo, organized by UNICEF in LOME, Republic of Togo. I have a solid education foundation and a passion for furthering projects that build loyalty and in turn grow revenue for the business.
