Dr. Raffeq Salipada Alim is a Regular Assistant Professor in the Business Administration Department and an accomplished administrative leader at Cotabato State University (formerly Cotabato City State Polytechnic College). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from Cotabato City State Polytechnic College, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Business Administration from Notre Dame University. Dr. Alim brings substantial institutional leadership experience to his academic role, having served as Executive Assistant to both the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Vice President for Research, Extension, Development, and Resource Generation. He is also deeply engaged in institutional governance and alumni development, serving as Vice President of the Cotabato City State Polytechnic College Alumni Association, Inc., and Vice President of the Notre Dame University Graduate School Council.Specializing in marketing strategy, financial literacy, and academic administration, Dr. Alim actively integrates evidence-based research and community extension into his teaching pedagogy. He has organized and facilitated impactful field initiatives, including multi-day training workshops on financial and economic literacy across local barangays in Cotabato City. Committed to advancing research standards and cross-institutional collaboration in the Philippines, Dr. Alim is an active member of several prominent professional bodies, including the Visionary Research Association, Inc., the Philippine Association of Extension Program Implementation, Inc., and the Professional Organization of Researchers and Educators of the Philippines, Inc.
