Dr. Raman Kumar Biswas is a foreign researcher at Yamaguchi University, Japan. Former assistant professor at Shinshu University, Japan, and ex-chairman of the Department of Disaster Resilience and Engineering, Patuakhali Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. He holds a Ph.D. from Tohoku University, Japan, with research focusing on biogeochemistry, mass extinction, and environmental change.
