I am a dedicated educator and quality assurance specialist with over 20 years of experience in school inspection, assessment leadership, and teacher training. I am currently pursuing a doctorate degree at UCAM University as my research focuses on empowering educational leaders to improve inspection outcomes through sustainability, innovative technology, and emerging pedagogical approaches such as gamification, flipped classrooms, project-based learning (PBL), and AI in education. I am also deeply interested in how leadership practices can drive meaningful change in schools and ultimately enhance their overall performance. Moreover, I am serving as an adjunct professor in Leadership at University of the People, in addition to my work as a reviewer for three reputable educational journals.
During my career in both the private sector and the Ministry of Education, I have guided numerous schools through NEASC and KHDA accreditation, ensuring alignment with international standards while elevating student success. As a certified educator who has obtained CELTA, PGCE, and AI Diploma, I leverage cutting-edge strategies to equip educators and foster engaging learning environments.
