Dr. Regine M. Manzanillo is an Associate Professor and Program Chair of the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship program at the College of Business and Management, Isabela State University – Cauayan Campus. She is an accomplished educator and researcher specializing in entrepreneurship, product development, and business management. Dr. Manzanillo has contributed significantly to academic research, including the design and validation of instructional modules for entrepreneurship education, and has actively led community and workforce development initiatives such as Project EMERGE, which focuses on enhancing workforce management, ethics, and financial acumen.
