Dr. Rezy V. Mendaño is an Associate Professor II at Samar State University, Philippines, specializing in science and physics education. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Science Education from the University of Perpetual Help System-DALTA.
With over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and extension, she has contributed significantly to STEM education, curriculum innovation, and environmental sustainability research. She currently serves as Director of the Institutional Research and Extension – Monitoring and Impact Assessment Unit under the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, Innovation for Development.
