Dr. Robin Erric Ogdol is an accomplished educator and researcher with over 15 years of experience across various educational settings in the UAE and internationally. Currently a Lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the Higher Colleges of Technology, Sharjah, Dr. Ogdol specializes in Early Childhood Education and the Diploma in Teaching Assistant programs. Known for his innovative approach to curriculum design, he has served as System Course Team Leader, developing essential syllabi and assessments that support key accreditations, including NAEYC. Dr. Ogdol is actively engaged in enhancing academic quality, holding leadership roles in committees focused on program accreditation, curriculum development, and inclusive pedagogical practices. His research, which has been published in well-regarded journals, spans topics such as literacy, inclusive education, and student motivation, all aimed at elevating educational outcomes through evidence-based strategies. A Fellow of the AdvaceHE UK, Dr. Ogdol holds a PhD in Education with a focus on School Leadership and Management, as well as an MBA.
