PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: • Excellent experiences for 12 years in clinical nursing after graduated from School of Nursing, Hospital University Kuala Lumpur started from October 1993. • Worked in various medical, orthopedic and hematology wards. • Strong grasp of the psychological effects on cancer diagnosis and treatment, able to listen and provide counseling to patients and family members. • Strong oral and written communication skills and able to demonstrate work priorities. • Excellent in providing health educational to patient, caregivers and community. • In 2005, joined the academic world and work as lecturer. Able to instill different perception among nursing students towards better pathways in nursing career. • Expose students to be more empower, critical thinker and be a good decision maker. • Manage to help students plan an excellent health promotion campaign to community.
