Education
I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from St. Paul’s College of Pharmacy, completed in 2023. During my academic tenure, I actively engaged in both academic and leadership roles. I coordinated the “PANACEA INQUISITIVE” initiative, which focused on reducing drug-related hospitalizations through awareness and intervention strategies. I also played a key role in organizing international conferences and workshops on clinical pharmacology and patient safety, contributing to knowledge dissemination and professional collaboration. In addition, I held multiple leadership positions in the Indian Pharmaceutical Association Students’ Forum (IPASF), including Treasurer, Joint Secretary, and Chairperson, where I managed operations, coordinated events, and promoted student engagement in pharmaceutical education. I completed my Intermediate education (BiPC) from Narayana Junior College (2015–2017), securing an A grade, which laid a strong foundation in biological and pharmaceutical sciences. Earlier, I pursued my Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Satyam International School in 2015, also achieving an A grade.

Biography
I am Dr. Sai Ram Pachala, a clinical research professional with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from St. Paul’s College of Pharmacy. My academic journey built a strong foundation in clinical pharmacology, research methodologies, and patient-centered care, while also giving me opportunities to take on leadership roles and organize academic initiatives and conferences. Currently, I am working as a Clinical Support Specialist in the Digital Health Sciences team at Signant Health. In this role, I support global clinical trials by managing rater qualification, ensuring endpoint reliability, and handling eCOA/ePRO operations. I regularly collaborate with international teams, clinical sites, and project stakeholders to ensure data quality, protocol compliance, and smooth execution of studies in line with ICH-GCP guidelines. Before this, I worked at AIIMS Bibinagar, where I was involved in coordinating clinical research projects, managing study documentation, and supporting regulatory processes. I also completed my clinical research and pharmacy internships at KIMS Hospitals, where I gained hands-on experience in patient data analysis, antimicrobial stewardship, and prescription auditing. I have developed skills in clinical trial operations, data management, and statistical analysis using tools like STATA and SPSS. I have also contributed to research publications and actively participated in community health initiatives and awareness programs. I am passionate about advancing in global clinical research, especially in digital and decentralized trials, and I aim to combine my clinical knowledge with technology to improve patient outcomes and research quality.
