Dr. Sheryl Driz Tomas is an esteemed academic, researcher, and business practitioner with over 18 years of experience in the field of business and management. She currently serves as Assistant Professor IV at the College of Business and Management, Isabela State University, Philippines. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management and has been actively involved in both academic and community development initiatives. Dr. Tomas’s research interests include entrepreneurship, sustainable development, and economic empowerment. She has conducted various studies focusing on micro-entrepreneurship and government support mechanisms, including a notable phenomenological study on the implementation of the Barangay Micro Business Enterprise (BMBE) Law.
