Stanley Uzoamaka Nnorom is a Lecturer in the department of Educational management and policy, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Nigeria. Stanley started as an administrative staff, before the university found him worthy converted him to teaching. He has contributed immensely to the university growth and development both as an administrative staff and as a Lecturer for over twelve years he was employed. He has more than forty articles published in local and international journals. He has good in research mentoring and supervision of student’s trainees. Dr. Nnorom is the fifth son and child of Chief C.C.Nnorom and Ezinne Maria Nnorom of Nnarambia Ahiara Ahiazu Mbaise local government Area of Imo state. He’s happily married with four children two boy and two girls who’re twins and also his wife who is a technologist in the same University.
