Dr. Suresh Kumar is an accomplished academician and legal researcher currently serving as an Associate Professor in the School of Law, MVN University, Palwal, Haryana. He was awarded his Degree Ph.D. in Law by the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2022. He qualified the UGC–NET examination in 2012. He was awarded his LL.M. in 2013 from the Department of Law, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, and his LL.B. in 2009 from the Department of Law, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He also holds a B.Ed. degree (2006) from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, reflecting his strong foundation in teaching and pedagogy. He has extensive academic and research experience in the field of legal education. He has been appointed as Chief Editor of a Legal Journal and serves on the Editorial/Review Boards of 25 National and International Law Journals, contributing significantly to academic publishing and peer review. His areas of expertise include Forensic Science, Legal Research, Corporate Laws, and Cyber Laws. He has an impressive research profile, having published 41 research papers/articles in reputed National and International Journals and 4 book chapters. He has attended numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops and successfully completed two 14-day Law Refresher Courses, and three 30-day Induction Programmes. He has also presented 20 research papers at various National and International Conferences. He has demonstrated innovation and research excellence by publishing 10 patents, including one UK-granted patent. He has received a Teaching Appreciation Award on Teacher day 05th September, recognizing his dedication and effectiveness as an educator. He has published 17 books in the field of law as an author, contributing substantially to legal scholarship and academic resources. With his strong academic credentials, rich teaching experience, and significant research contributions, Dr. Suresh Kumar continues to play an important role in legal education and research in India.
