Dr. Sweksha is an accomplished legal educator, constitutional law scholar, and Assistant Professor in the School of Law at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, Faridabad. She holds an integrated B.A., LL.B., an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law, and a Ph.D. specializing in Judicial Activism and its relationship with the separation of powers, all earned from Banasthali University. With nearly four years of academic experience across premium institutions—including Rama University and Banasthali University—she teaches core foundational and advanced subjects such as Constitutional Law, Cyber Law, Business Law, and Criminology. Beyond the classroom, Dr. Sweksha drives key institutional initiatives, including curriculum development aligned with NEP 2020 frameworks, moot court administration, youth parliaments, and international webinars.
