Dr. Sweksha Bhadauria is a dedicated legal academician and researcher specializing in Constitutional and Administrative Law. She holds a Ph.D. from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, where her doctoral research focused on Judicial Activism and its effects on India’s legal system in relation to the Separation of Powers. She completed her LL.M. with an impressive 8.11 CGPA and her B.A. LL.B. from Banasthali University.
With over 2.5 years of teaching experience, Dr. Bhadauria has served as a Faculty at Rama University, Kanpur, as a Research Associate at Banasthali University, and is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth. She has actively contributed to legal education by organizing moot court competitions and Youth Parliament events.
Her research portfolio includes publications in reputed journals such as Madhya Bharti (UGC CARE Group 1) and Shodhak, along with 3 Scopus-indexed papers and a book published through Lambert Academic Publishing titled Freedom of Press in India. Her scholarly work spans judicial activism, constitutional law, GST, and freedom of press.
Dr. Bhadauria has gained practical legal exposure through multiple internships at the High Court of Uttarakhand, Criminal Courts in Dehradun, and the office of the Senior Prosecuting Officer. She is also a certified International Career Coach and has participated in various faculty development programs on emerging legal and technological topics.
