Dr. T. Ramesh Babu is an Indian academic, researcher, and Associate Professor of English with more than 20 years of teaching experience in higher education, particularly within engineering institutions. He currently serves in the Department of Humanities and Sciences at KSRM College of Engineering (Autonomous), Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, and has previously held academic positions at Narasimha Reddy Engineering College, JNTUA College of Engineering Pulivendula, Sri Sai Institute of Technology and Science, and Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in English Literature from Acharya Nagarjuna University, along with an M.A. in English Literature and B.Ed. in English and Social Studies. His academic expertise includes English Language and Literature, Communicative English, Technical English, English Grammar, Spoken English, Professional Communication, Soft Skills, Employability Skills, Technical Writing, and Research Methodology. He has published patents involving AI-supported pronunciation learning, machine-learning-based reading strategy analysis for EFL/ESL learners, and technological applications, demonstrating an interdisciplinary interest in language education and emerging technologies. He is a member of ELTAI and IFERP, a reviewer for academic journals, and a recognized Ph.D. research supervisor in English. He has also served as Career Development Cell Coordinator, trained thousands of students in communication and employability skills, organized faculty development programmes and academic events, and contributed as an external examiner and academic judge.
