Dr. Thomas B. Fernandez Jr., a dedicated educator and school leader, currently serves as the School Principal of La Salette of Ramon, Inc. in Isabela, Philippines. Born on October 19, 1991, in Villa Victoria, Echague, Isabela, he is a Filipino Roman Catholic who is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Iloco. He began his teaching career in 2012 as a Mathematics Teacher at La Salette of Ramon, Inc., later becoming a certifier for the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) from 2019 to 2021, and currently serves as a Statistics and Research Instructor at the University of La Salette Graduate School. Dr. Fernandez graduated as Class Valedictorian from Villa Victoria Elementary School in 2004, earned 2nd Honorable Mention at Jones Rural School in 2008, and completed his Bachelor in Secondary Education, Major in Mathematics, cum laude at Isabela State University in 2012. He pursued his Master of Arts in Education, Major in Educational Management at Northeastern College in 2015 and completed his Doctor of Education in Educational Management at ISU Central Graduate School in 2022. He is a licensed professional teacher, a Civil Service Professional, and actively involved as a PEAC certifier and Outfit Advisor for the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Isabela Council.
