ETALONG, Thomas Alama, holds Bachelor of Science degree in Policy and Administrative Studies, Master of Science degree in Public Administration from University of Calabar, Calabar and Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria. He has 28 academic publications to his credit, published both in local and international journals. He has also presented academic papers at local and international conferences in the areas of Public Policy, HRM, and workforce diversity, amongst others. He currently the Director of Research and Development with ACE Intercontinental Research Institute, Enugu, Nigeria. He is happily married to a medical doctor, Dr. (Mrs) Etalong Chijindu Abigail and the union is blessed with a beautiful daughter.
