Dr. Tolop Oloan Marbun, M.Th., M.Pd, is a Cipanas Theological Seminary, Cipanas, West Java, Indonesia graduate. He lectures at the Pelita Dunia Theological Seminar, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. He has written a few books, articles on National Jurnal and International Journal. He also a reviwers both national and International Journal.
