Engr. Marianne B. Calayag is a seasoned educator and professional with extensive experience in teaching, management, and process analysis. She is currently a faculty member at Bulacan State University, where she has been teaching Industrial Engineering since 2005. She also served as the Head of the Global Operations and International Student Mobility department from February 2023 to January 2024, managing partnerships with foreign institutions and overseeing international student activities. From February 2018 to July 2021, she was the Head of the Industrial Engineering Department, where she focused on faculty development, curriculum enhancement, and accreditation. She also worked as a Process Analyst at Innodata Philippines Inc. from 2000 to 2002, where she conducted motion studies and established production quotas. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Management (dissertation writing) from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Bulacan State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Mapúa Institute of Technology.
