Farhat has an extensive experience of operation management, Process re-engineering and quality enhancement in hospital pharmacy. Farhat holds bachelors of pharmacy degree from University of Karachi and masters in business administration (health and hospital management) from institute of business management. She has been working in a joint commission and CAP certified tertiary care hospital, Karachi for more than 20 years. She has a diversified experience of working in different sections of pharmacy including inpatient, outpatient, emergency, sterile and non-sterile compounding services. Currently she holds managerial position in pharmacy services .
