Dr. M. Abdul Rahuman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and Sadakathullah Appa College (Autonomous), Tirunelveli, India. He holds extensive academic qualifications including an M.Com., MBA, M.Phil., M.Sc. in Psychology, B.Ed., S.E.T., and a Ph.D., along with 15 years of teaching experience in higher education. His academic and professional work spans banking and finance, entrepreneurial development, human resource management, marketing, and accounting and taxation. He currently serves in both teaching and program leadership roles, including as Program Head for Computer Science and related programs, where he is actively involved in curriculum development, faculty coordination, student mentoring, and institutional academic planning. He has contributed significantly to academic development through curriculum design, faculty development, and student academic support across multiple institutions. His responsibilities have included overseeing program quality, enhancing academic standards, and ensuring alignment with industry requirements. He has also been actively engaged in research-related activities, academic seminars, and institutional development initiatives, contributing to both teaching excellence and administrative leadership in higher education.
