Adi Kusumardi, S.T., M.Pd. is an educator and researcher in the field of vocational education. He is currently a teacher at SMK Negeri 1 Muntok, Bangka Belitung Islands, Indonesia. He has extensive experience in curriculum management, vocational program development, Vice Principal for Public Relations and industry–school collaboration, particularly in industrial electronics and renewable energy education.
He is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Educational Sciences at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). His research interests include vocational education and training (VET), curriculum development, teaching factory models, program evaluation, social-emotional learning, effective communication in vocational learning, and the integration of local culture into character education. He actively publishes academic articles and instructional materials and is involved in professional development programs for vocational teachers.
