I am a Quality Assurance expert, lecturer, researcher, and higher education administrator from Zambia. I am currently a PhD candidate in Civic Education at the University of Zambia and a Postgraduate Diploma student in Quality Assurance in Higher Education at the University of Lusaka. I hold a Master of Education in Civic Education and a Bachelor of Arts with Education from the University of Zambia, alongside professional training in Project Management, Diplomacy, Quality Assurance, and Digital Marketing. I have extensive experience in higher education regulation, accreditation, and institutional quality assurance, having served as a Programme Accreditation Officer in the Quality Assurance Department at the Higher Education Authority of Zambia. My work has involved the accreditation and auditing of academic programmes, alignment of qualifications to the Zambia Qualifications Framework, development of national quality assurance policies, and participation in technical committees for the development of Core Elements for Learning Programmes. I have also held senior quality assurance and management roles in both higher education and TEVET institutions and has lectured in Civic Education at university level. My research interests include Civic Education, Youth Political Participation, Women’s Political Participation, Governance, Quality Assurance in TEVET and Higher Education, Open and Distance Learning, and Education policy. I have published in international peer-reviewed journals and actively contributes to academic scholarship as a reviewer. I am a registered teacher with the Teaching Council of Zambia and an accredited Trainer, Assessor, and Examiner with Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority (TEVETA).
