Alvin Gueco Datugan is a licensed English professional teacher from the Philippines with over nine years of dedicated experience in the field of education. Currently serving as an English Lecturer in the Education Faculty at a university in Thailand, Alvin is passionate about the art of teaching and committed to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment for his students. His journey as an educator reflects a deep commitment to lifelong learning, as he continuously seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Alvin holds a Master of Arts in Education, majoring in Educational Management, from Pangasinan State University in Lingayen, which he completed between 2019 and 2022. He has also contributed to the academic community through teaching roles at several educational institutions. Prior to his current role, Alvin taught at Nongkungsriwittayakarn School from 2017 to 2019 as an ESL Teacher in the Foreign Language Department. He further expanded his experience by coaching Science Projects and conducting research at Piyamaharachalai School from 2022 to 2024.
In addition to his teaching expertise, Alvin has been a dedicated member of various academic programs. His early career included ESL teaching positions at Bantupwang School (2015-2016) and Chulalongkorn University’s SKN Project, where he worked within the Foreign Language Department. His career began at the University of Mindanao in Davao City, where he served as a University Lecturer in the College of Arts and Sciences.
