Anthony James C. Albis is an academic and economist affiliated with the University of the Philippines. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Division of Social Sciences at UP Tacloban College, specializing in applied spatial econometrics, production economics, natural resource economics, benefit-cost analysis, and growth theory. He earned his MS in Agricultural Economics from UP Los Baños and a BA in Economics (cum laude) from Ateneo de Naga University. His professional background also includes work as an economist at the National Irrigation Administration and teaching experience at Ateneo de Naga University.
