Antonio D. Bolivar III is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in industrial technology and public management. Holding multiple certifications, including NTTC TVET Trainer, TMC, and ISO 9001:2015 Auditor, he excels in training, risk management, and quality systems. He has served as Area Chairman of Civil Engineering Technology at ASCOT, Faculty President, and Director of the Industrial Technology Department. A dedicated professional, he also leads various committees and projects, such as the DSWD SLP Skills Training Project. Currently pursuing a PhD in Public Administration, Antonio is committed to advancing education, management, and community service.
