Biography
I am Birhanu Shanbel Andargie, an academic and researcher with over eight years of teaching experience in higher education institutions in Ethiopia. I hold a BA degree in Management and Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA). I have co-authored a published paper titled “Identifying the Prevalence of Destructive Leadership Behavior and Its Determinants in Northwest Ethiopia.” In addition to my academic work, I have delivered over seven community services focused on leadership, management skills, and competency development. At Injibara University, I have actively contributed to research and academic leadership by evaluating college-level grant research projects. I previously served as the Head of the Department of Management for four consecutive years from October 2017 up to January 2024, where I played a key role in program development and academic improvement. Currently, I am a Lecturer in the Department of Management and also serve as the Entrepreneurship Development and Business Incubation Center (CBIC) Coordinator of Injibara University, working to promote entrepreneurship and innovation. My passion lies in education, research, and leadership, and I am committed to fostering academic excellence and professional development in my field. Thank you!
