Boris Happy Odalonu is a Ph.D. candidate and a lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu, Enugu State, Nigeria. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Political Science/Public Administration and a B.Sc.(Ed) in Political Science and Public Administration and a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. His research interests are in the fields of administration, public policy, good governance, conflict analysis, peacebuilding, gender issues, election studies, and development.
