With over 23 years of experience in teaching and research in the field of Commerce and Management, I am dedicated to providing quality education and fostering student growth. Currently a Board of Examiners member at Surana College, I specialize in Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Business Administration. I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Management from Bharatiyar University and have contributed to various academic publications, including journals on customer satisfaction, work-life balance, and stress management. I have also authored textbooks for BBA programs and participated in several syllabus revisions and academic committees at Bangalore University.
