Daniel Gutierrez is a professional with over 20 years of experience in education, including 12 years in higher education. He currently serves as International Student Services Director at Carolina University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he oversees compliance, intercultural programming, and career development initiatives that support international students. In addition to his administrative role, he is also an adjunct professor of undergraduate-level courses in management, entrepreneurship, marketing, and consumer behavior, bridging academic theory with practical application.
Daniel is currently pursuing a PhD in Innovation at Carolina University, focusing his research on organizational resilience, technological change, and digital tools for language acquisition and intercultural adaptation. His academic background also includes a Master of Business Administration and a Master’s in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
Throughout his career, Daniel has held diverse roles, including Academic Coordinator, Director of International Programs, and Curriculum Consultant.
