JAROM A. ANERO is a Master Teacher I, based at Pililla Integrated National High School (SHS), Pililla, Rizal. He is a STEM teacher, handling the subjects Physical Science in Grade 11 and General Physics in Grade 12; before being promoted, he handled STE learners in junior high school and taught research to grade 9 learners. He has 10 years of experience in the education field. He holds a master’s degree with a major in science and technology from Laguna State Polytechnic University. At present, he is pursuing his doctorate degree at the Philippine Normal University (PNU), majoring in science education, under the scholarship of the Department of Education, NEAP, and PNU Linking Standards and Quality Practice. He also served as the Team Leader of the Project REPAIRABLE (Restoring Physical properties And Improving Resource management to Achieve Better Learning Environment) related to governance, focusing on the management of resources of the school, more particularly in inventories and physical properties’ maintenance and repair. He is currently the Pililla NHS School Research Coordinator, where he is working on research such as “Going Back to Normal: A Phenomenological Study on the Challenges and Coping Mechanisms of Junior High School Teachers in the Full Implementation of In-Person Classes in the Public Secondary Schools in the Division of Rizal.
