Job Ombiro Omweno completed MSc in Fisheries under the sponsorship of the African Development Bank Scholarship (MSc 2018-2021). He currently works as Lecturer, Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences at Kisii University. Previously, Job worked as a research intern at Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute 2015 – 2017. He also worked as project technician in various international projects in Kenya, funded by JiCA, IFAD and World Bank. Job has published 15 peer-reviewed Papers in various journals and contributed to 3 book chapters in Fisheries and Aquaculture with InTechopen. His works has had a high research impact with over 42 citations in the last 2 years. He also serves as a peer reviewer with Common Ground Research Networks (University of Illinois, USA) and an editor in the International Journal of Agriculture and Animal Production.
