I am a Lecturer with over five years teaching and research experience. I have over eight years work experience. My research interests is in the area of property taxation, property valuation, and property management. I have co-authored articles published in impart factor journals such as Land Use Policy (Elsevier), and Property Management (Emerald). I have presented papers at international conferences such as Pacific Rim Real Estate Society Conference (2021, 2022), and European Real Estate Society Conference (2022, 2023). I currently work as a co-researcher with a research team on a project titled Feasibility and Viability Appraisal of Green City Project Development in Enugu, Nigeria. The project is sponsored by TETFund National Research Fund.
